Q: Since you did your report on gdi I have been watching it , and contemplating buying in. But everyday it seems to be running away from me since releasing earnings . Should I wait for a pullback now to get in? Or should it just be bought? I am a little hesitant as the price targets you gave in your report seem to be getting surpassed already . Thanks

Q: I asked a question about Gamehost on Fri. Maybe it got lost because I asked a 2nd Q on FSZ. I notice most q's on Gamehost were actually Q's on Guardant. Your last true answer on Gamehost was back in July.

I am looking over Gamehost for income with the very juicy dividend. I am assuming the fall in price has more to do with Fort Mac woes than base Gamehost earnings? What do you think of Gamehost for income?

Q: "This will allow more investors (those that can't buy trust units) to buy shares. We view it as a positive move. Shareholders will get one new share for every four held. "

What does this mean for someone like me who was just about to get into the stock , do I wait for this to wash out or do i get in now , also timeline of the "split" ?

I thought splits always went the other way 4 for 1 not 1 for 4 .. ?

For a regular retail investor in TFSA and my RSP the wording on the release is a bit confusing to say the least .

Thanks for any additional info .

Q: Comments on Chartwell's latest quarter please. It appears to be a 2020 story, which probably means late 2020 and into 2021 before the occupancy numbers start to improve. For those of us who hold CSH, what do you advise...buy more, hold as is or move on to something else? What are your plans for CSH within the income portfolio...you already have a 4.5% allocation...will you be topping it up or are you at your maximum allocation.

Thanks...Steve
