Q: I apologize for bringing up GUD, however there seem to be quite a few people waiting to jump on this stock. (I just did)
I have noticed as the price erodes there is a buyback, insider purchase or indication of possibly something coming up; creating a small flurry of buying until it deteriorates again.
This stock has been kept in the BE because of the co. strategy/positioning, cash position and track record of the CEO.
The CEO has stated you invest in GUD for your grandchildren -so the focus is on the business and not headlines or announcements.
It seems to me the insider/corporate buying is a signal to be patient - that they aren't asleep but are investing their own money and retained earnings back into GUD because it makes good business sense.
I can't imagine propping up the price for any other reason(please confirm).
Thank you

Q: I already own XBC, and have been looking at GRN it has moved up a bit lately. Is it a buy? Was just wondering how much difference there was in these two companies. XBC seems to be more into the hydrogen and cleaning of gases. Is GRN more into RNG equipment and installations. I know you really like XBC and was wondering whether it would be suitable to buy GRN. Or do you have another company in the same field that might be better or should I just add to my XBC.
Thanks John

Q: I recently saw a news feature that highlighted the increases in children developing myopia due to the amount of time they are now spending in front of screens.
I am looking for your best ideas to play this theme in Canada, US or internationally.
Would this company be your best recommendation or do you have another?
I have been a subscribing for many years and the 5i team has been outstanding.
Thanks for all you do!!!

Q: These two companies appear regularly when you mention companies that are "cheap" with good growth prospects. Of the two, which is "cheaper" and which would you expect to have more stock price appreciation in the next 12-24 months?

Also, GSY is up 10% today - is that due to their sale of Paybright to Affirm? Seems overdone if so...

Q: Hello Peter,

I’ve held this company since the Split in 2018. Since that time the share price has been less than my cost, that is until just lately. Based on its performance, does it remain in the BP for sector balance, or do you feel it has been consolidating for the last 3 years and has room to run?

Q: Go Easy finally broke 100$ on their announcement about the sale of PayBright and Affirm holdings. This seems very positive. Historically it has been noted they have been valued lower due to the business segment they operate in. Do you see this announcement as reducing perception of the company and will allow it to trade at higher multiples? BMO Investorline Value Analyzer product shows close to 90% upside from here is possible.
