Q: Hello 5i Team
Thank you for the new update on Interrent REIT.
Reviewing the new report on Interrent REIT, the Peer Relative Evaluation section compares Interrent against ten REITs, however only two of the ten REITs (CAR.UN & NVU.UN) are in the residential apartment sector.
1 - Please comment on how companies are selected for the Peer Relative Evaluation section.
2 - Would it be more appropriate to compare Interrent against the major residential apartment REITs (BEI.UN, CAR.UN, KMP.UN, MI.UN, MRG.UN, NVU.UN) than to the Office, Industrial, Retail REIT section?
3 - Also given NVU.UN is subject to a takeover, is this a reasonable comparison?
Thanks

Q: Hi 5i team, I understand that you do not take target price seriously but what do you make of recent shopify case, ranging 1100 to 280. Is there any accountability for those analyst making such prediction? Thanks.
Q: Please comment on earnings. Thank you.
Q: How significant is the announced strategic partnership this morning?
Thanks
Dave.
Thanks

Q: What are the tax implications of owning bep.un in Canada?
Q: I am thinking of adding to SYZ after their recent credit facility announcement. Talking about having 80 million available for aquisitions (40 from the credit facility with good terms). This seemed to be a past knock on the company (not as much top line growth and not putting cash to work). What do you think? Thanks
Q: Regarding the recent issue of shares and debentures, which closed July 16 - what does this do for the balance sheet… or for any other aspects of PBH you feel is relevant?
Thanks!
From the press release:
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering and the Concurrent Private Placement to reduce existing indebtedness under one of its revolving credit facilities (the "Credit Facility"), thereby increasing the amount available to be drawn under such Credit Facility, as required, to fund future potential strategic acquisitions and capital projects that may arise.
Thanks!

Q: Hi Team
I have a corporate non-registered account I have started 4 months ago with a time frame of 5 years. Not worried about risk / sector (fairly diversified already) even though it is a corporate account (I keep enough cash in the account if needed so would not have to withdrawal). Looking to add 2 of the above stocks now. I will be adding every 4 - 6 months or so moving forward so I could add the others later. Do you have an order of preference.
