Q: Hi 5i,
I've been considering taking a position in REAL, especially now on the dip. However, and while I understand there may be many reasons why insiders sell that don't necessarily reflect their view of the future health of 'their' company, the number and size of sells of REAL by management over the past many months (particularly by Jason Smith) give me 'real' pause. Could you give your opinion on the insider selling that's taken place with REAL in the past year or so, especially when coupled with what I think is an almost complete lack of insider buying?
Thanks,
Peter

Q: I currently have GSY in my TFSA having purchased it (at your suggestion) when it dropped in March. As a result, I have a significant gain. My question is, might it be time to move this out of the TFSA and into my non-registered account to start taking advantage of its (growing) dividend? In other words, while I still expect above-average growth in this stock and don't think it is now "just" a dividend play, do you think it's hyper-growth days are behind it?

Appreciate your insight.

Q: Hi,
I own REAL. I rode the stock up all the way to $33 and watched it get "killed" on Friday (20 Nov), when it was down almost 16%. I am not day trading the stock though.
I didn't see anything that is sinister in the financials for the quarter that was reported on. Company looked like it was growing well.
I am now "under water" with my holding and I was looking at maybe buying some more as I consider the stock to be on sale.
What is your take on it?
Thanks,

Q: I see on BNN today that CP&CNR are getting pressure on releasing gas emissions (carbon imprint ) really i think they both have a terrible environmental record and seem to be untouchable,so with a little more of a spotlight possibly coming and the use of toxic ties along every river and waterway in canada do you think it may be time to sell SJ or do you do you think it will make very little impact on SJ bottom line. Also i see a lot of concrete ties starting to be used these days in their double tracking to the westcoast

Q: Hello.
This question may cause some issues or even an uproar amongst some of your members but we live in a free society and I am entitled to question what I feel like and air my views and opinions as I see fit.
China, for most part has been a bully to Canada including other counties like Australia and India. In my view , we should be moving away from Chinese companies, not working with them. I for example sold my position in SHOP purely because of their alliance with a Chinese company.
Many of these companies have bad work ethic not to mention stealing of information. How can we trust them?
Why would a Canadian company like SHOP do something like this when our relationship with China has never been worse. We should be boycotting them until they clean up their act.

Thanks
