Q: WSP is joining forces with Golder thus creating the leading global environmental consulting firm helping clients to a more sustainable and low carbon future.
Do you think this warrants an upgrade to an A- for WSP Global?
Many thanks.

Q: How can Leon's get $ from CEBA and increase their dividend, pay a special dividend and still buy back lots of shares on a regular basis.
This does not smell right for me. Do they have to pay back any of the CEBA handout? Bad move by somebody here.

Q: good morning
Bought BYD once before and was fortunate enough to sell it at its high around $225. Then repurchased it in spring and now it’s approaching $225 again. Time to sell again or hang in there? The 0 .31% dividend sure is not enticing.
thanks

Q: A follow up to Steve's question. All the positives which you have noted regarding LNF are impressive. I am wondering about the government funds they received from the CEBA program. Not having that in the coming quarters will make quarter over quarter comparisons less attractive... how much of an impact will this have?
Q: Lawsuit filed against Kinaxis? Is it time to bail?
Q: Hi team
made some nice gains from the above stock, thanks for recommending it
I wonder if it is large enough (assets over 1 billion) for the big pension
plan to show interest to own some shares (like Quebec Pension plan or CPP)
or it could be a take over target by a bank of life co
you mentioned that at 1 point, there could be a hike in dividends next year,
please elaborate, thanks

Any news out of SHOP, or just a technical break out of trading range?
Thanks!

Q: Retired, dividend-income investor. I'd like to rebuild my position in Leon's.
When I look at the Fundamentals (P/E, P/BV, P/CF, P/S, ROE, Beta), they all lead me to just buy it at today's current level of roughly $20.
However, when I look at the Technicals, especially when one overlays the 50 mda and the 200 mda, a completely different conclusion is reached. The chart shows that very single time the 50 gets way ahead of the 200 (as it is today), that it retreats a couple of dollars.
This leads me to believe that a better entry point, instead of todays $20 level, is in the $18.00 to $18.50 range. But...doesn't this logic approach "market timing"?
Bill Harris on BNN just gave LNF a very strong endorsement and suggested if all of the stars aligned (my words), that a target of $25-30 was not out of line. He indicated their FCF was bordering on "absurd"...$250-300 million.
Please help me sort through the mire of Fundamentals vs Technicals vs Market timing and point me in the right direction.
Thanks...much appreciated, Steve

Q: This company was first brought to my attention by an employee of People Corp, stock was .44 when I first looked, pretty sure I asked the first question ever in this forumn. I watched it for a while, bought in as business and liquiditiy improved, adding to my holdings a few times as I felt more comfortable. Didnt take too long and more than once it ran to a 10% position in my portfolio, so I trimmed it back. Yesterday I sold all my shares for a very nice gain. My point, how you manage your positions is just as , perhaps more important as finding good stocks to buy. Thanks for that!
Q: I'm curious your thoughts on the threat Redfin presents to Real Matters. In Redfin's investor presentation they mention their "Title Forward" service is part of their long term goal to provide a "Complete Solution" to a homebuyer. Do you think RDFN will begin to eat REAL's lunch by being in contact with a buyer earlier in the home buying process?
Thanks for your thoughts on this.
