Q: Would you suggest averaging NVAX at todays price?
I have TFSA room of $6000, and have some FOOD. Should I average down FOOD($13.2) or buy position in AT vs LSPD vs GLXY for exposure in crypto world?

Q: Why PKI is a laggard although its fundamentals are strong? All energy stocks are hitting record prices. Even pipelines are doing better.

Q: It seems to be a trading range from November to Now from $175 to $185. Any thoughts moving forward? Can it break out? Is it a reasonable buy at this price, long term?

Q: The Globe shows Shopify's forward PE as around 208 while the current PE is 41x. Does that make sense? Is EPS expected to drop that much next year?

Q: FSZ bought back a large block at much lower price than the market. Would you guess that this is part of a larger plan, perhaps restructuring, merger...etc. Since they spent lots of cash, would that also constrain them from an acquisition. Q: I am constantly mystified by the stock market. SHOP dropped 8 % today on no news. As far as I can see there was very little volume (282,000) shares. My question is why would anyone sell these shares at 8% less today than yesterday when there is no news. What possible reason would there be? SHOP is currently the 2nd largest company in Canada. They provide a internet service for people trying to do business on-line. They have had consecutively better and better quarters. They have a very discernable moat. They have a huge future market. I can't see the downside, at least for the foreseeable future. For me it is like someone selling their Apple shares in 2007 because they felt the iphone wasn't going to succeed. My question is: why do people sell shares in profitable companies, at huge losses?

Q: Sentiment has shifted against Shopify. Stock seems to be free fall some days. Many analysts are lowering expectations. Is this an opportunity to buy? I don't understand all about the company that has made them what they are. What is their strength and what makes them so different? Can you provide a comment on where you see them in 1 year, 2 years, 3 years and beyond from now. Will their past growth continue into the future? What has made them so different and successful?

Q: where does FSZ get the moey to buy back their shared?

Given that FSZ valued its own company share price at $9.80 ($34.89/3.56), why should investors be paying a premium to buy this stock today ($10.20 after decline)?

With new CEO in place now, what is to say he doesn't decide to cut the dividend that we all seem to be hanging around for these days?

Q: There is usually over a million shares traded on this daily. It doesn't seem like the sellers ever dry up. Most people don't day trade. Could this be manipulation. My thoughts are this would be the worst time to sell and most people/institutions already have.

Looking for some clarity on your answer. A rating of A- would not be seen/interpreted as a hold to me. Especially given the stock is at more attractive multiples then when you wrote the report. So please elaborate on how you you now see the stock as a hold and not more of a buy?

Also, just confirming you think a good price for TIXT is $45 and at $30 it is very very attractive? Obviously a 33% and want to confirm that this is what you meant.

Q: I see PBH is in the Balanced Portfolio. Its share price has been falling since November 2021, just after the last earnings release. To my mind, those results seemed reasonably favourable, except for a small miss on estimates for per share earnings. What was your view of those results? You have often commented that one quarter is not an appropriate time to assess, but where do you see things going for the company from here? When do they next report? and what are the expected results? Last, the P/E is reported at 45 - has been that high historically and if not, why has it become so high? Q: I read recently that there has been a change in senior management at Fiera, with Mr Desjardins the former CEO moving to Executive Chairman. I believe that he is 77 years old, the controlling shareholder and founder of the company. I had thought that he would be selling the company due to his age. but now I am wondering whether it has become a value trap. What do you think?
