Q: Strongly considering buying back the 40% I sold few months ago due to in rease in share price, used procedes to to open new didvdend position.
This would bring me back to just under 4% weighting and reduce overall cost per share about 10% on LSPD.
I beleive they will return to previous highs and go beyond, I'm okay with it's volatility, see it as another GSY growth wise and not as bumpy, can I get you comments.
Regards
Don

Q: Hello 5i Team

I purchased Morguard Corporation in 2020 at $105.00. I am beginning to become disillusioned with this company. Any thoughts on whether it is worth keeping or should I sell and move on.

Two potential replacement real estate stocks would be either Tricon Residential (TCN) or Mainstreet Equity (MEQ).

What would be your thoughts on the best purchase?

How was MEQ year end results announced earlier this week?

Thank you

Q: Hello 5i Team, Leon's announced earlier this year their intention to repurchase up to $200M in value of common shares. I received paperwork today from my brokerage that states I have until Dec 23rd to decide if I want to exercise my option to sell back shares. I'm wondering if you could provide general guidance on the Leon's buyback opportunity via the "modified Dutch auction" approach.

I think it would be advantageous for me, personally, to hold onto my shares but I've not been in this situation before so curious about any considerations that could be broadly applicable to all shareholders when something like this happens.

Any advice/information is greatly appreciated!

Q: Good morning 5i.

I've perused the Q&A section which has been extremely helpful. I'm looking to build a concentrated portfolio with growth in mind, but also a few names to balance out volatility. Based on what I've read, I was thinking of starting equal weights in the 12 positions below.

CSU, TOI, SHOP, DSG, KXS, NVEI, BAM, GSY, TFII, BYD, WSP, ATZ

What are your thoughts on the the blend of companies and would you suggest any adjustments?

Thanks for your time.

If I was to add 1 company which would it be? Please give me two names if so, Looking for a balanced growth and security. Thanks for your good work.

Q: Shop is being sued by publishers accusing them of textbook piracy. How much is this weighing on the stock price now and should it be much of a concern? It is troubling that this puts a bad light on SHOP since it is reported that this concern was brought up to SHOP several times in the past with SHOP basically ignoring it.
Would like to thank 5i for having guided us through these past troubled years (and all the years outside Covid as well). Gerry
