December 2022 , gsy announces it intends to buy back its shares . . I don’t get it

Q: Hi, I’m looking at the current 13% dividend for PKI. What is the likelihood of a cut? Their longer term guidance sounds optimistic in this environment. You mentioned M&A in your reply to Gregory.
