Q: I hold the above stocks as the industrial portion of my portfolio. I try to keep my portfolio under 28 stocks and your recent comments on your "cooling" to SIS has me contemplating a change. I am trying to decide if I am best served from a diversification standpoint to go with TFII (or too much like CNR?), go with a more of a manufacturing name (ATA, TT), sell SIS and spread the proceeds among the three remaining stocks or as another alternative, might you even consider selling CNR and SIS and replacing both with the names I have suggested (or any others you might add).

Appreciate your insight.

Q: Good Morning
We have a approximately 10k that we would like to contribute to our Grand daughters RESP. We would like to do so with stocks and have about a 10 year window before the funds would be needed. Could you suggest 3 conservative stocks that would be appropriate for this type of account with one additional stock having a more aggressive approach?
Thks
Marcel

Q: I was shocked to learn that on Feb 9,that U stated that it is Ok to Hold SIS for income & growth but not considered a need to own if there are better alternatives. Bought a few years ago @ $17.28 & went along for the ride down to some $8.65 in early 2020 and the ride up to $22 H in Sep last.On Feb 10 U provided some alternatives. Please rank them starting with best in the event that I have to switch.Txs for u usual great services & views. Btw when are U appearing on Market Call ?

Q: DND has taken on debt for acquisitions. Is there a legitimate concern that anticipated profit may not materialize, setting up a potential death spiral for the company? Quite separate from the general tech meltdown, would this concern explain some of the profound share weakness in the past few weeks? We have seen this scenario play out with other Canadian companies that over-payed for acquisitions that did not generate the anticipated profit, costing equity holders dearly.

Thanks.

Q: Engh basically did not participate in recent market rally, but engaged in the downfall. It appears to me that he is somewhat similar to Goodman of GUD( finally acquired a co in Latin America but no positive impact on its price) living on its past success & dare not make an acquistions, maybe fearful of too pricey. Anyways,do U think that Engh will recover without any acquistions? Also.is this a decent entry point? Txs for u usual great services & views

Q: In regards to an earlier answer, which stock(s) do you believe is a better alternative than SIS? Same sector or otherwise? Risk is not an issue.

Thanks for your service.
