Q: Diageo has seen a significant gain since the binging of the year. Wondering what your thoughts are on this company and whether I should buy at this level or wait for a pullback

Q: I sold half my holdings in MOMO and now have a third position. It is rather volatile. I read parts of its filings and checked metrics including PEG, ROE, growth forecast &c. The Thompson Reuters report on the company MOMO a 10 overall. I assume a 7 to 8--- I deduct for Chinese accounting --- BUT is MOMO as an ADR not subject to US Final Reporting rules? I would appreciate your opinion as that would incorporate data you from Bloomberg. Do you think the risk-reward is justifiable? Specifically, does MOMO have good cash flow and is it free from excess debt?

Q: Pink slip on the US & trades on some European markets. Was a top PIC on BNN last week. Don't know the company at all, however the financials are very impressive with large COH & nearly a 23% net profit. What are your thoughts? Thank you.

Q: This is the parent company of Zara and other retail brands worldwide.
Are you able to provide an opinion regarding whether or not to invest in the company at this point in time?
It is near a 52 week low and pays a 2.57% dividend.

Q: Ttm- Tata motors Adr

Hi, What are your thoughts on TTM adr for a long term? P/E Seems really cheap. Tata is the owner of Jaguar -Land Rover and are coming out with nice cars in India. A really nice Electric car is soon to be released...Thanks. Shyam

Q: Hi 5i, I know outside of Canadian stocks are not the focus but what would you think of a small investment in Tencent? I have watched it for awhile and their Wechat app is pretty awesome and from what I have read they have even more users than Facebook by a long shot. I also read they are now getting into wealth management services to add to their offerings. An opinion would be nice this would be long term hold in a TFSA. Thanks

Q: I am thinking of buying the Swiss industrial company ABB inside my RRIF. It trades as an ADR in New York. I already own UTX and consider HON to be overvalued. I am currently underweight industrials. If you don’t like ABB, what would be your favourite large cap industrial? Doe you know what the tax implications would be for holding ABB in my RRIF - would there be withholding taxes because it is a Swiss company? I seem to recall reading somewhere that Swiss withholding taxes are 30%. Thanks for any info. you can give me.

Q: Hi Peter et al:
I am looking to invest some money in India. The two etf's that I was able to find are xid and zid. I am looking for mid to large cap value,however BMO states that zid is growth oriented and high risk. I am a subscriber to your etf branch but I couldn't find what I needed there. Also what would you recommend for etf exposure to Europe and the Euro, which I believe will appreciate relative to the cad.

Q: Looking at TAP. Since your last comment, valuation improved. But looking at long term chart, BUD shows better stock price return and higher current yield.
Which would you choose now, and how strong would be the case to buy that kind of stock in your portfolio in this valuation reset of the markets?
