Q: Good morning,

As a follow-up to David’s question in May about CRH becoming listed on a US exchange:
If I buy the current CRH adrs, do they become automatically converted to the US listed shares when the new listing becomes available? Just curious how that would work…

And can I get your current thoughts on the quality and valuation of this CRH? Is it a buy at this price? I’m looking to add to my only other materials stock, which is LIN.

Q: Emerging markets are getting some attention lately for reasonable valuations.
India is being mentioned as a strong growth country. Many experts suggest US large corps as a better way to invest rather than the corps of the emerging markets .
What are your thoughts and ideas for investment to take advantage of emerging markets as far as actual emerging market etf or etf of large cap US based major exporters/worldwide etf. ?

Please indicate the general overall differences between the FTSE, MSCI & STOXX indexes. I realize there are many sub indexes for each these. I am not requesting any info on those. I am looking only for a macro summary and your order of preference for a conservative retail investor.

Q: Currently I hold both of these diversified metals companies (3.72% position in RIO and 1% position in BHP). BHP is a fairly recent addition. I have held RIO since 2019 and have added over time. I am questioning the wisdom of holding both companies and thinking of selling BHP (small gain) I consider RIO the best choice for a long term hold. Would appreciate your comments please.

Q: When lookking at the ROI over 3-5-10 years. The S&P has always done better than the others. When looking at the strength of their economy and the investment that US companies put in R&D how are they gonna loose their 1st position as a super economy power? and foremost and this is the question: Why invest elsewhere? Canada with merely 5% of the world economy? Europe has been lagging since I started investing 40 years ago where else? China? gotta be kidding. Seriously why spread our investments worldwide when the best is our neibours? Just buy the S&P and wait still forever.

Q: I have owned Flutter for some time and am generally pleased with its performance. I am wondering if you are still positive on the name and if you see good growth potentail ahead. If so, what makes you bullish (or bearish).
