Q: What order would you rank these four stocks for most potential in the next 2-3 years from your dividend portfolio?

Q: Just reading about the takeover of RNW by TA. Not really interested in TA as I need income and the reduction in yield will go from 8.55 down to 1.88% with only 1.03 shares of TA for every share of RNW. My question is if RNW happens to trade above the $13 mark, will it be better to just sell all of those shares if this happens?

Thanks
Jeff

Q: I have been out of the loop for a while (due to a few health concerns) and have found these two stocks, Fiera and Algonquin, fallen since I last checked in on them.

Is Fiera, then, a SELL? I see that it is diminished in the portfolio, but still hanging in there. If this company is no longer a good proposition, could you suggest a replacement for a steady income/dividend, as that is a priority now in my stage of investing.

And same applies to Algonquin. Is that a good proposition to hold, or can it be replaced now with something with more vitality?

Thanks for your help, as always.

Please deduct points accordingly, as this is a "two-fer". : )

Q: Hi Team,
Last month company issued equity at US$30.35 to acquired the renewal assets of Duke Energy. At the moment the units are trading below offer price. Do you see any upside in near future in its unit price if someone buys it now?

Is it a better choice over TCL.A or Alta Gas considering the growth and dividend increases in future? TCL.A and Alta Gas are different companies but both are dead for the past some years.

Your Views please.
Thanks

Q: Hi Folks,

Retired income investor.
I recently disposed of FSZ and am now thinking I should do the same with RNW and NWH. All down considerably since acquired!
Do you think it is best to eliminate these two or hold?
Also please suggest your safest alternatives with reasonably good yields.

Thanks very much.

Q: Could you give some suggestions for Canadian companies with a growth profile that pay a div you would hold in a TSFA.

Thanks

Q: My apologies. I seem to have had a "Senior Moment" and written in the wrong company name and symbol. The question is about Canadian Utilities

I feel that I need to sell my Canadian Utilities as despite the nice 5.21% dividend with a 9 year streak rising annually, long term there seems to be no significant share price growth. I had thought they would do much better after getting off coal but evidently not. Is there any point in keeping CU in my TFSA other than just for the dividend?

Could you please suggest your best 8 Canadian Blue Chip stocks with dividends over 5% that I don't already own, and that come with steadily rising dividends and enough growth to justify putting them in my TFSA. I already own RY, BNS, CM, BCE, T, EMA, FTS, H, CPX, BEP, BIP, ENB, PPL, TRP. I could add to any of these if necessary but hope you could suggest some new ones I have "missed".
Thank you....... Paul W. K.

Q: Looking for income from bond etfs and dividend paying stocks that will appreciate in value if interest rates have peaked and gradually fall towards 3% (i.e. those that have been hit unduly hard due to inflationary fears). Suggestions?

Q: Is there some reason that the big cap Brookfields except BEP, also QSR, and perhaps others are omitted from the
5i Stock Screener: Canadian Companies That Pay US Dividends (2023 Update)?
They were included in prior revisions.

Q: Can you recommend some high paying US stocks or ETF's to hold in my Rif account. Please include some that distribute monthly payments if possible. I am mostly interested in income, not capital gains seeing most of my US investments are down. Thanks, James
