Q: Hi guys,

Sold my Big Rock and looking for something decent dividend and growth. I currently own RY, TD, BNS, CN, IPL.UN, AD, AP.UN, COS, AX.UN, BR,BNP, BEP, BIP, PEY, CSU, EIF, THI, KMP and CFN all about equal weight and a few others smaller ones that I hope to clean up over the year. I want something that pays a decent dividend, (I'm thinking 3% plus)

Q: Another question on Leisureworld(LW). Their subscription receipts are trading at about 40 cents below the value of the common shares. Is this a good way to buy into the company. Thanks

I plan to sell a significant portion of my portfolio at this time, but I would prefer not to let my money languish as cash. I am considering the purchase of VSB.T as a holder for a few months. What do you think of this move? Is VSB a good place to stash it for a while?

Q: Good Afternoon All,

Relating to the recent question by Michael on DR (Medical Facilities Corp) what concern would you put on changing government medical policies in the US? Some time ago I had looked at DR and discussed with an advisor who didn't like due to potential US regulatory changes.

Q: PPL (Pembina Pipelines) is asking its shareholders for permission to issue new classes of preferred shares to finance expansion and special projects. Do you think there is a strong liklihood this will reduce the dividend rate on common shares? If yes, should I get out now? PPL has given me 36% on my investment in the last year, so I don't want to bail out unless I have to.

Q: I would like to add a pipe line (defensive stock with dividend) to my portfolio. I see that in your model portfolio you hold Inter Pipeline and Enbrdige. Should I run with these, or do you have any other opportunities I should consider? Q: Can you please give me your opinion on NWN [NYSE] I am interested in it for dividend yield, they have a good history, but their eps is down, and p/e is fairly high. Any thoughts on alternative, if this isn't a good choice?
