Q: Can you comment on the SOX Q4 and 2014 results and the prospects for 2015 based on what was released?

As well, the SP of SOX has been sinking further since the results were released on 3/10. Would you advise exiting at around $6 and give up the dividends (to be paid on 4/15 to holders of record on 3/31)? Or do you view today's big drop as "just one of those market maneuvers" (I'm one of those weak kneed market "conspiratorists" that Peter mentioned, obviously - LOL).

Q: hello Peter, Will you prefer AW.UN ( as it is in income portfolio) over HR.UN, for income, stability and overall return. I am holding HR.Un for over a year and it is trailing AW.un by a wide margin. So thinking of switching. Do you advise it. your opinion, please. Thanks.

Q: Hi Peter and Team!!! I hold both BDT and Dream Office Reit D.UN(who thought of that name I wonder). They both pay a good dividend. I am down on what I bought them for. Q: I have just read Ryan's article on "Perfect Stocks". The first thing I did was add the dividend yield to the table and, of course, Torstar jumped out at 8%. Then I looked at the chart for TS.B and was surprised to find that this 'perfect' stock was $20 10 years ago, $9 5 years ago and is now about $7. What is 'perfect' about this performance? It makes me question the significance of the criteria that were used to judge excellence.
