Q: I have a large position in BIP. I count on the income and the growth in distributions for my retirement. I was wondering if I should be concerned about their recent dealings with Brazil. Are they protected somehow or did they get such a good deal that the problems there can't hurt them. Can the involvement with brazil jeopardize the distribution in the short or medium term?

Q: I would appreciate your comments on HLF. Is the debt straining the balance sheet, is the dividend well covered? I would be quite happy to earn a nice yield and enjoy a recovery in their business in 3-5 years. But if their business is failing I want no part of it.
Q: LNR HAS DROPPED FROM NEAR $80 TO THE LOW
$60 OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS. WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE? SELL OR HOLD?

Q: NTR pays about 3% yield, forecasted growth in earnings, and dominant in it's sector...so it's more a income with growth stock. If it was held in a (5iR like) income portfolio, what weighting would you suggest, like 3%, 4% or 5%.?
Q: Good Morning 5i, What is your take on Evertz earnings as announced today? Do you still like the stock?

Q: I would appreciate your overview of Labrador Iron Ore Royalty Corporation - Shareholder Meeting to Amend Business Restrictions whereby the corporation would be able to invest more timely with less shareholder approval in other royalty streams. Also, with this change should there also be a change in the number and/or background of the board of directors?

Q: As with many other subscribers, I will start with expressing my thanks and compliments for your great service.
I have held Boston Pizza for some time. The monthly distribution has offered a good return in the past and it looks even better as a result of the falling price of the stock. Presently it is about 6.9%; do you see any reason why this might be reduced?
After about a year of slipping, do you see any hope for the stock price to improve?
Thanks, Leonard

- Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (BIP.UN)
Q: Interested in a longer term (3-5 years), relatively safe stock (low Beta) with a good dividend and perhaps a little growth.
What is your opinion of POW and PWF at this time? Which would you prefer?
Or is there another similar stock you would recommend?

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,
What is your opinion of a recent suggestion by Larry Berman that "If you want to replace it (BCE), he would look at ZWU-T because it gives you all the Telco's. It gives you a couple in the US as well as pipelines and utilities. He is not looking for a lot more downside. It pays north of 6%".
We own BCE in my RRIF (up slightly) and my wife's RRSP (down quite a bit) and am wondering about Berman's strategy. As always, your advice is valued immensely.

Q: Hi guys I held these 2 companies for along while and both seem to be in a state of suspended animation .and I have been slightly underwater on both.
The div is good and grew on both but the cap loss is bothersome and the lack of interest by the market is constant.
Would you move on and look for more growth opportunities
Kind regards
Stan

Q: I have 25% in fixed income in the above ETFs. In my TD account they are all showing a small negative return. Wouldn't cash be better or a GIC. I would really like to understand the logic of holding these rather than say a GIC. Thanks so much.

Q: Hi 5i,
I need to create a fixed income allocation in my LIRA. Would you recommend an equal allocation to the following ETF's: CBO, XBB, ZEF, CPD and ZHY? If not what would you recommend for a fixed income etf position.
Thanks,
