Q: I would like to pick a few names from your income portfolio for my child’s RESP. She is 13 years now, so, I don’t have the safety of very long term hold. Can you short list the top 5 that pose minimum risk of value and dividend decline in that time frame?

Q: Hello Peter , I like divi , performance and low fees on this. What I dont like in VDY is high concentration to FINANCIALS ( and then ENERGY). Do you have any alternate suggestions with bit more rounded of sector holding and offering similar benefits.
Thanks

Q: I have had a small position in Keyera since before the oil price crash. It is still down 20% and even the most optimistic forecasts will only bring it close to my cost price. Its dividend is about the same at PPL, is lower than ENB and higher than TRP. ENB is my only other pipeline stock. I could sell KEY and add to ENB or open an position in PPL or TCP. Which do you think would be better for income and a little growth?

Q: CSW.A I owned this one oncemany years ago for quite a while and sold at nice gain. I am thinking of buying back at the current price? Seems to have minimal debt. - high pay-out ratio of 146%, liquidity ratios are great: dividend sustainable? Place to park money and earn a good dividend & would be a very small % of my portfolio?

Q: I currently have AQN (2.5%), BEP (1.5%) and INE (1%) and would like to add a further 1.5% overall to the "green" utility sector of my portfolio. Do you feel that BLX would be a good addition?
If so, I am thinking of adding .5% to BEP (to bring it to 2%) and 1% to BLX and wanted to get your thoughts for a +/-5 year hold.
Thanks!

Q: PWF's investment in fintec (wealthsimple) as weĺl as their dividend looks interesting for a 5 to 10 year hold. The reorganization with POW also looks to have potential to unlock value and increase dividends. Do you recommend investing a full position at this time and if so, in which company. Alternatively, is there a better investment in fintec?
Thankyou
Ian
