Q: I there a US withhold tax on VNN? Does it make a difference if it is held in a RRSP or a TSFA account?

VUN is a Canadian ETF that owns units in a US ETF. Thus, there are two levels of withholding tax. The overall burden will be less in an RRSP vs a TFSA.
