Q: Thank you and your team for all the helpful information and advice. What might be a good place to park cash for about 90 days?

Of the list of ETFs, we would side with XSB as the safest for a short period of time. However, a high interest ETF such as PSA or CASH would likely be better, having no bonds and thus no market volatility if bond prices bounce around in the time period held.
