Q: Does the combination of its recent stock price declines and today's apparent negative reaction to CPX's acquisiton provide an attractive entry point?

If not at the current price, is there a price you would consider attractive or would you prefer FTS, other utilities or an ETF?

Thanks

5i Research Answer:

We think FTS is a better company, but with the decline this year and today CPX becomes more interesting, certainly. We have comments on the deal now posted. The deal price is $43.45 and we would be comfortable there. We can't really compare a diversified ETF, but certainly if an investor is just looking for general sector exposure ZUT we think would work well.
