Q: please comment on year end results and evaluation
5i Research Answer:
Q4 EPS was $1.99, beating estimates of $1.78; revenue of $208.5M beat estimates of $203.5M. EBITDA of $32.5M missed estimates by 9%. Sales rose 11.5% to a record. Margins were stable at 32.7%. Strong shipments were seen in Canada, the US and India. Baklog remained steady as lead times were shortened. Cash flow was $22M up more than10%. The US business has started to see some slowdown. But it was a decent quarter, better than expected, and valuation is quite attractive at 11X earnings. The balance sheet also remains very strong.
