Q: We have about a 3.5% position in LMN and are modestly ahead. Our concern is the number of LMN outstanding shares at 257mm. This compares with TOI at 83mm and CSU at 21mm. It appears that CSU is very conservative on number of outstanding shares as compared to their influence on on TOI and LMN. Greatly appreciate if you could comment/explain this.

5i Research Answer:
CSU has had the same share count for 20 years. The LMN share count relates to the CSU spin out and conversion of preferred shares. It is what it is, but the proof will be in what happens from this point on. We doubt going forward that LMN will have a much different strategy than CSU and TOI in terms of its capital allocation strategy.
