WSP reported EPS of $2.34 vs $2.27 expected. Revenue of $4.6 bln beat estimates of $3.3 bln. Overall the quarter looked good, only thing to really pick on appeaars to be softer international margins than markets may have expected.
TOI reported revenue of €364 mln vs €349 mln expected. EPS was in-line at €0.40. Free cash flow to shareholders was up 27% in Q4 and 44% on the year. The quarter looked good with growth picking back up.
EBITDA for KXS was $31.46 mln vs $26.88 expected. Revenue was $123.9 mln vs $125.4 mln expected. SaaS revenue was up 17%. The full year revenue outlook of $545 mln to $560 mln was a bit shy of expectations of $558 mln. Overall, a decent looking quarter but a bit shy on growth.
Our conviction on TOI and WSP is very high. KXS has to improve execution and spend its cash for growth. It has been sitting on too much cash now for seven years and this could be utilized better.
