Q: Hi 5i, I know you don't like to discuss politics, but I'm getting worried that there might be some political risk creeping up on BN. Last night during the LPC debate one of the candidates opening lied about knowing BN's planned move to the US, announced Oct 31st and letter sent to shareholders on Dec 1st, signed by person lying who resigned on Jan 17th from their board. Should I worry about BN's entanglement in this factual matter?

It is not going to help Mr. C in his leadership quest, but since he has resigned from Brookfield we would not expect an impact to the company. It is a media/political issue, but we doubt it will have any material impact on a $136B company.
