Q: What is your view on WRN? It’s languished in the $1.50/$1.60 range for an extended period. Stock price targets range from $3.00 to almost $6.00. Worth holding or move on?

5i Research Answer:
Copper has bounced around. WRN has a good cash position, but no revenue, losses and negative cash flow. Recent metallurgical news has been OK, but there has been some executive turnover as well. It was recently rated new Outperform by BMO. But overall, with its small size and cyclical risk, we would be fine moving on here. The stock is down 14% in the past five years.
