Q: Good morning 5i staff
A couple of months ago I sold pbh for a tax loss and bought a Td for a replacement. Since that time atd has gone down close to15%. I am now thinking about selling it for tax loss. Even if I buy pbh or some other stock for thirty days, I would rather own atd. Do you see any catalyst in the near future that would cause atd to rise quickly.?
Thanks as always for the great service

5i Research Answer:

Nothing really specific. ATD is constantly looking at M&A deals, and this would be our main concern over 30 days. But, M&A deals do not always result in the stock rising, it really depends on the transaction. We would be OK with a tax loss/re-buy strategy.
