EPS of $1.19 missed estimates of $1.58; revenue of $1.82B missed estimates of $2.18B. EBITDA of $315M missed estimates by 10%. With 70% of revenue in the US, it has some protection against tariffs, and has announced that it will be re-domiciling to the US. Q4 revenue did rise 5.5%. Truckload revenue was a standout. EBITDA fell 1.7%. The dividend was raised 13%. Tariffs were not mentioned in the release, and the call is Thursday morning.
