Q: What is A&W projected dividend. In a past question that you answered you stated that it was $1.90 per share but in the report that you just put out the dividend yield suggest a dividend of only $1.50 per share. Which is correct?

The confusion stems from the company's restructuring. AW.UN paid distributions monthly (16c) and AW is now paying quarterly. AW.UN paid an October 21 dividend, and the new AW dividend was payable December 27. So the recent AW dividend was for only a two-month period as opposed to three months. AW confirmed in its Sept 3 press release that the dividend is to be maintained at the prior rate ($1.92), and on a three-month rolling basis this is indeed the case. However, most websites we've seen do not reflect this, and this is also what our systems picked up in the report, which will be fixed.
