Net operating income was up 3.8%, ahead of expectations. Rental rates were up 6.1% over the year. Funds from operations (FFO) was $0.53 for the quarter vs. $0.54 in the prior year. Analysts were positive on the quarter as well and we don't see a whole lot to pick on here.
