VIDY is a high dividend ex-North America ETF. VI is another option, traded in Canada and hedged to the dollar. IXUS is a very large ETF ex-US but does have 7% Canadian exposure. VXUS is similar also with 7% Canada. The selection is limited for completely ex-North America funds.
