Q: You answered a previous question and indicated that Algoma would be affected by tariffs more than most. With imported steel costing more would it not be an incentive for domestic buyers to buy more from Algoma versus US and overseas and perhaps the effect is minimized .

In theory yes. However the domestic market is just so much smaller. The company had $1.7B in US sales last year, vs $1.1B in Canada. It may be hard to offset that much in tariff-impacted US sales.
