With the fires in California, a lot of houses will have to be rebuilt. How much a role do you think Canadian lumber would play in that rebuild?

Lumber prices as a whole may see upwards pressure, and thus Canada could still benefit. WFG as a west-coast producer is well-positioned to perhaps see some benefit. We expect there are lots of double orders going on right to beat a possible Feb. 1 tariff deadline. We also think tariffs on certain goods may be relaxed under special circumstances such as the California fires.
