Q: I hold a small position of CROX in my TFSA and non-registered accounts with a small gain. With slowing growth in the forseable future, I am contemplating selling. Am I too quick to give up on CROX? If I sell what could you recommend I replace it with?Either Canadian or US exchanges. I would be leaning for a suggestion more suitable for TFSA account.
Many thanks

5i Research Answer:

CROX has required some patience in the last year or so. We do think the valuation, at 8.3X forward earnings captures a lot of the risks in the name but it might need 2 more quarters here to prove out that HeyDude is normalizing. If looking for more growth but in the same tye of space, Aritzia might make sense (ATZ). For something more value oriented, EQB might work.
