We think gold still looks good for a sector, with lower rates, a possible lower US dollar and high global debt still being positive factors for the metal. We do prefer large caps overall. But ARTG has very good momentum and is now $3.3B market cap. Debt is high, and it is only just starting to ramp up production and revenue. But growth looks very good and it is very cheap if it can meet its $1.70 per share earnings forecast for this year. It has its first pour at its Blackwater Mine this month. Sometimes, new mines can experience issues, but so far things look good. We would be OK buying this. OLA has also done well. It has excess cash currently, and EPS is projected to more than double this year. It is a bit on the expensive side of things at 24X earnings, and it did miss its 4Q production guidance, but we also think it is buyable for a mid-cap name in the sector.
