Q: Hi Peter…A couple of days ago FWZ announced that Adam Lundin would take on the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Do you think the Lundin group is signalling an intent to take complete control of Fireweed in the near future? Would you be a buyer if you were willing to accept the risks? I’m assuming at some time in the future Lundin will buy out FWZ’s minority shareholders by issuing shares in Lundin. Any comments you have would be appreciated.

It could be a future target, certainly, and would make some sense. However, the Lundin family can move very slowly at times, and we certainly would not expect something imminent. We would keep an eye on future financings or insider trading to see if they start putting cash up. Its recent land package acquisition looks good, and it recently got some government funding. It is in good short term financial shape. We would be OK owning this as part of a speculative developer package of a group of similar high risk stocks.
