I saw yesterday that NDA really popped. Looks like from yesterday news they have secured a LOC and will be using it to acquire bitcoin. Similar to MSTR??

NDA is up 56% YTD. There have been a few companies trying to follow MSTR's model, specifically because MSTR seems to get a very good premium for every bitcoin it owns. NDA is much smaller and it is important to note it is using borrowed money here. Sure, this means no shareholder dilution but also adds significant leverage risk. NDA is quite small, and hard to endorse just on this news. Still, it is up 446% in a year.
