i am looking for defensive but with potential for growth

5i Research Answer:

We would consider L to be one of the better defensive stocks available today. We like it, but we would not expect the same type of returns as last year (+38%). But there still remains long term growth potential. Cash flow and free cash flow are very secure and stable. We would be fine buying. For other defensive names, we would suggest ATD and MRU.  PBH is one wanted a smaller company, but that one has been quite frustrating.
