Q: Do you still like Dream Industrial Reit and if so why?
Also please give your opinion on Granite Reit.

We like DIR.UN for its exposure to the warehouse sector, valuation, yield and low payout ratio (now 70%). MG for similar reasons, plus its recent distribution increase. It is a bit more expensive. While it is heavily focus on autos, its prime tenant (Magna) is large and reliable. Yield is lower but it is larger than DIR.UN and it has a better record of distribution increases.
