These are also names that are trading at cheap valuations, and given some of the broader fears around lofty market valuations, investors may be looking to displace money into names that are trading at relatively cheap valuations.
Of the names listed, we like TOU, ARX, and TPZ the most, with a greater emphasis on ARX and TOU.
