Q: Do you see any chance of improvement in stock price by next earnings report for either of these stocks? Would you recommend either of them or one over the other? Thanx.

CTS we think has some January small cap bounce potential, considering it is half the price it was in March. Recent news has not been great, but it is very cheap at 8X earnings and any good news could move the stock. QIPT's debt and losses make us less interested in it and we would prefer CTS.
