QIPT missed EPS estimates calling for a loss of 2c in the quarter, reporting a loss of 8c. Revenue also missed estimates of $64.93M coming in at $61.3M increase 3% year-over-year with 1% organic growth. Net loss was $3.2M compared to $1.3M in the year prior. Adjusted EBITDA also declined 8.8% year-over-year, coming in at $13.4M declining from $14.7M. IT was a weak quarter for QIPT with the silver lining the company highlighted was that it had returned to positive sequential organic growth. It has become very small now, the momentum is weak, and growth outlook is not great. We do not see compelling reasons to keep it and VHI is a good alternative.
