There is not much to add; the financing is very small ($500K) and consists of units (one share plus a warrant) at $1.50. It is a premium over market, though less so if one looks at the implied value of the warrant. The company is growing fast and the stock is up 425% for the year. We can hardly blame them for taking some money here.
