Q: About taxes: Do you see any tax problem in buying FINB BMO S&P 500 (USD)
ZSP.U in december 2024? Is it better taxwise to wait for the beginning of 2025?

We would have no particular concern. ZSP did not pay a special dividend last year nor any previous year. The year end dividend is a bit higher, typically, but these are not phantom dividends and actual cash will be paid to unit holders.
