5i Research Answer:
The stock has steadily trended downards after it got downgraded by National Bank at the end of October. Recent results released in November were not great either as TIH missed on EPS with declines in profitability and margins. We think it is still a good conservative investment and for investors with a longer timeframe, it could do well. It offers a 1.70% yield and is priced at 18x forward earnings, which we think is a decent entry point for interested investors.
