Can I get your view on today's news re: the upsizing. Would you add to an existing small position? Thanks

The upsize ($20M to $25M) does imply that demand for the issue is strong. That being said, if buyers get their 'fill' then this could limit short term follow up buying in the market. We would be OK buying some of the deal or in the market while maintaining an appropriate higher risk small cap overall position size.
