ALY still trades, at 1.5 cents. Its market cap is less than $2M and it has negative cash flow. We would not really expect this to survive, though a public listing does have some value (a private company could arrange with ALY to use the listing to go public). LTV itself in September announced such a reverse takeover, with Tradewind Markets. But the circular for this transaction is not yet available. But this should allow LTV to trade again if all goes well, under a new symbol and with a new business. But we would not expect miracles here from a stock that previously was 4 cents and will likely get diluted down significantly.
