Can you talk about the insider ownership of WELL and the major holders of the shares please ?

And why are CIBC World Markets' expectations of $5.25 on 08/11/2024 so low?

Insiders hold 21% of shares and 14% are held by institutions.  

There are about 15 analysts that cover WELL, and the average price target is $7.68. This includes at a high of $10 and a low of $5.25. We prefer to focus on the average price target as opposed to the highs and the lows. Each analyst has different reasons, but largely, the average of the targets follows price momentum.  

We think price targets are most useful when analyzing the percentage gain required to reach the average price target mixed with the trend of price targets (uptrend or downtrend), and its ability to reach uptrending price targets historically. We feel this combination can provide good signal.
