We think it is solid. ZLU uses a low beta strategy holding the 100 least market sensitive stocks from a large cap US universe. This strategy thus tilts to a more risk averse investor. The fee is OK at 0.33% and it pays just under a 2% yield. Year-to-date performance has been strong, up 24%. It is also highly liquid with $1.84B in net assets. We think looks good for a 3-year hold but will note that its lower risk focus could result in periods of underpeformance to the market.
