NFI comments are posted; BEP.UN EPS of -32c missed estimates of -20c; revenue of $1.47B beat estimates of $1.45B. EBITDA of $586M beat estimares of $574M. The quarter was a record. Cash flow per unit rose 11%. $2.3B in capital was deployed. Available liquidity is more than $4B. M&A activity was very strong. This will be its busiest year for deals, with $11B committed. This sets up good future cash flow growth. We are comfortable with the results and the distribution. BIP.UN results will be posted this morning.
