DIR.UN we have comments posted. We would be fine buying. PFE HOLD. It is very cheap, and not 'worrying', but there is just not much growth potential and weak momentum. EMA we would be fine buying for income and stable cash flow. Lower rates should help. T: hold. Not exciting in any way, but starting to look better than the troubled BCE  and it offers a 7.4% yield.
