Q: Hi, Air Canada is finally moving . My question is what would be your suggestion as how high it can go based on period results and forecast or at what price it gets overvalued. I have this stock in RESP for long time and will need funds shortly. Thanks

We have earnings comments posted now; As a highly cyclical company it is not likely to get a huge valuation. Right now it is 7X earnings, and above 10X it tends to level out. That would imply about a $29 price. Average target is $24.28.
